The last ESAN members meeting took place on Wednesday 17 July 2024 on Zoom.
The meeting focused on progress with Ofgem’s ban on forced pre-payment meter installations, with presentations from Ofgem and Citizens Advice Extra Help Unit.
There was also a presentation from CCW on the Guaranteed Standards Review and a Call for Input to the review of the WaterSure support scheme.
